True Colors
The True Personal Awareness & Success training guides participants through the foundational concepts of the True Colors system (Green, Gold, Blue, Orange) as it applies to all areas of their lives. In this interactive and engaging training participants explore their own distinctive personality strengths and stressors. They’ll also learn to respect and appreciate differences in the ways people function, thus promoting a stronger team and organizational dynamic. While participants identify their unique color spectrum individually, all True Colors workshops promote improved communication through shared experiences, increased self-awareness, a common language to discuss differences, and elevated empathy for others.

Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI)
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)® Career Report shows students how their personality type affects their career exploration, preferred work tasks and work environments. Students can meet individually with their career coach to complete and review their report. Presentations and workshops on MBTI will provide valuable insight into personality type and the potential strengths and challenges related to career planning, advancement, networking, negotiation and interviewing.
